Do you ever just take a moment.. and really look at a person?

Last night, I did that.

Scott was watching TV, and I was on my computer, trying to write up something to post today.
Ear buds were in. Inspirational music blasting. My feet were in his lap, & as I began to type he grabbed my feet & started to massage them.
I looked up at him, & asked him why he was doing that... & he said, "Maybe it will give you inspiration  to write something fantastic"


I laughed, told him I loved him, & went back to writing.



& then looked up from the computer again, & stared at him for a while, as he watched TV, wishing I could see into his head, read his mind, & maybe figure out, why he chose me.
Why me, out of the trillions of zillions of women in the world.

How did I get so lucky?
