Wedding Wednesday: Wedding Cake!

I haven't done a Wedding Wednesday in TOO long, mainly because I started running out of things to talk about, but today, I'm linking up with Mary to talk about our Wedding Cake, and what perfect timing because today is our 7 month anniversary!!
(Yeah, I'm still 5 and count each month anniversary...) I even draw hearts in my Erin Condren planner on the 16th of every month!
Anyways... Our wedding cake was pink & blue (our wedding colors). I remember being a little frustrated because the cake topper was not on the top of the cake, instead, they had rested it on the table that the cake was on.
Weird.

Our cake topper is a picture of us in a heart, leaning up against the cake platter.

I got over it though.  The cake was so too pretty to be upset over a silly little cake topper.

Now, go ahead and call me a party pooper,

but right after I got my wedding gown,

I came home and told Scott that there would be absolutely NO cake smashing!!

I was so so paranoid of anything ruining my gown,

regardless of the fact that I only wore it ONCE!

We both agreed- No cake smashing.

So I went to feed him a small bite of cake, with a fork!

& What did Scott do??? 

He stuffed the LARGEST PIECE OF CAKE EVER

into my mouth...

As you can see by the picture below, I was THRILLED!

LOL...Never a dull moment!!
